By accessing peakautomations.online or purchasing any digital product from Peak Automations, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Products — Digital Downloads

Peak Automations sells digital products (automation workflow templates) as instant downloads. All purchases are delivered electronically via Gumroad. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds once the download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@peakautomations.online within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

3. Licence

When you purchase a template from Peak Automations, you receive a personal commercial licence to:

• Install and use the workflow template for your own business operations
• Modify the template to fit your specific requirements
• Use the template to automate processes for the business you own or operate

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the template files to third parties
• Share, upload, or publish the template files publicly
• Use the template to build a competing product or template marketplace
• Use a single licence across multiple client businesses (contact us for a multi-use licence)

4. Third-Party Services

Our templates integrate with third-party services including n8n, Make.com, Stripe, Google Workspace, OpenAI, and others. Peak Automations is not affiliated with or endorsed by these services. You are responsible for complying with each service's terms of use and for any costs they may charge (such as API usage fees).

5. No Warranty

Templates are provided "as is." While we test all workflows before release, Peak Automations makes no guarantee that templates will function without error in all environments, that they will be compatible with future API changes by third-party services, or that they will achieve any specific business result. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and workflow templates — is the intellectual property of Peak Automations and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
