Common troubleshooting questions

First, confirm the workflow is Active (the toggle in n8n or the On switch in Make.com). Then verify your webhook URL in the source service (e.g. Stripe) exactly matches what n8n/Make shows — no trailing slashes. Finally, check that your credentials haven't expired by re-authorising them.
Make sure the tab name in your Google Sheet exactly matches what's in the workflow node (case-sensitive). Also confirm the column headers match exactly — even a single space difference will cause updates to fail. Re-check your Google Sheets credential hasn't expired.
Your Stripe API key is likely incorrect or using the wrong mode. Check that the key starts with sk_test_ (for test mode) or sk_live_ (for production). Make sure there are no spaces before or after the key when you paste it. In n8n, the key goes in the Username field of HTTP Basic Auth, with Password left blank.
Re-authorise your Gmail credential — OAuth tokens expire after inactivity. In n8n: click the Gmail node → Credential → Re-connect. Check your Gmail daily sending limit (500/day for free accounts). Also verify the "To" email address field in the node is correctly mapped to a variable, not hardcoded to a test value.
