How does the automation detect lapsed customers?
It runs daily at 9am and reads your Google Sheet. For each row it calculates the number of days since last_purchase_date. Customers between 60–89 days get Email 1. Customers 90–119 days (who received Email 1) get Email 2. Customers marked complete are always skipped.
Will a customer receive both emails at the same time?
Never. The workflow checks whether Email 1 was already sent before queuing Email 2. Each customer gets Email 1 once at day 60, then Email 2 once at day 90 — always in sequence, always on separate days.
Can I change the 60 and 90 day thresholds?
Yes — easily. The day counts are set in the workflow's Filter nodes. Change them to match your product's repurchase cycle: 30/60 days for consumables, 90/180 days for higher-ticket items or services.
